MT. Zion ICCC began her reign in October 2002. The Lord blessed us by giving her His name. In 1998 He said she would be called MT. Zion even before she was formed. As the Pastors we spent time helping other ministries build and complete their visions. We learned a long time ago that if you want your vision, learn how to help others apprehend their vision.

We held prayer in our kitchen on Monday nights and Sunday morning service in our family room for over a year with Chris Flowers our Deacon and after much prayer in 2003 we found the standalone building we are now in. It is not just the home of MT. Zion but also the home of Zion's Daycare. The Lord told us one night in prayer that he wanted a place for His babies to know and hear about Him at a very early age. He said to us; "My churches sit empty while My people send their children out for the world to train but it is not to be that way at MT. Zion." (Prov. 22:6-Train up a child...) There would be a Daycare, Preschool and a High School and the Church itself shall train Pastors, Missionaries, Prophets, Apostles, Teachers, and Evangelists and they shall go out into the world and began their own ministries.

He let us know that "not one person would die on the back pew at 92." We are not the traditional Church of today but the "traditional Church" of the Bible where the Truth is preached and compromise is not an option.

Isa.54:13-14: And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children.

14: You shall establish yourself in righteousness (rightness, in conformity with God's will and order); you shall be far from even the thought of oppression or destruction, for you shall not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near you.

The Lord has greatly blessed MT. Zion and it is a place where His Spirit dwells.(Ps.9:11).
